Chair of the House Committee on Family, Children and Human Affairs, Republican State Representative Dave Frizzell, says more than 26-thousand Hoosier children are being supported by the state. He says the state has an array of programs that assist not only the child but the parents as well, and a lot of those families that need those resources are not even aware of them.
Frizzell says the Commission can help Hoosiers with dealing with courts, the legislature and Governor’s Office, administratively. He says whether it is education, a financial need, or a need for a child under the judiciary, they are all working together to find solutions to make lives better for children.
