Celebrate Science Indiana is a fun, interactive festival for Hoosiers to learn about the importance of studying science and the joy of discovery.
On Saturday, Oct. 6, students and families can visit with more than 30 organizations and participate in over 50 interactive science, technology, engineering or math activities. The festival is open to students, parents and teachers from 9:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the Elements Financial Blue Ribbon Pavilion at the Indiana State Fairgrounds.
Science impacts almost every aspect of our daily lives, and this event aims to encourage young Hoosiers to pursue careers in a STEM industry. Activities range from developing computer games to hands-on science experiments. Teachers can also be entered into a raffle to win prizes.
